Frenchman's Cap : First weater window we missioned to Frechmans Cap, the infamous "Sodden Lodden (up to waist deep trudging in mud) was dry. Two days hiking then 280 metre climb up Chimes of Freedom took us to some spectacular views. Wowee.

Malate Festiva! : The Malate Fiesta!! Christmas is coming!! Theres too many reasons to celebrate!! The atmosphere is amazing, families sitting around laughing, music, community; Malate is a great place to be. Blueys April 2005 : This chocolate season a bunch of eager kids ascended on the beautiful Blue Mountains. With sweet sandstone grogeousness in one hand and chocolately easter egg goodness in the other, we climbed ourselves silly, drank lots of coffee and sampled the not-so-rugged-new-aged-yuppie-bolt-clipp'n climbers lifestyle. Mt Daguldul October 22&23 : Hiking with members of the 'Chop Suey Mountaineers' up Mt Daguldul, 700 metre richly vegetated peak in the Batangas, Philippines. The peak juts steeply up from the sea and so despite being a relatively short trek, the challenge is in its gradient. We hiked into the night, at some points scrabbling up slippery patches in the dark on all fours, no torches (of course)! Gorgeous!!

White Beach, Puerta Galera : Having no deceased relatives to party up with on All Saints day, we decided to head south to the island of Mindoro. The immaculate paradise of White Beach, Peurta Galera was our destination, and we spent the four days going out, dancing, sleeping, reading, swimming, exploring, and snorkeling! Beautiful!
